Delay in real estate bill increases pain for home-buyers, brings relief to builders

Of the 39 recommendations made by the parliamentary standing committee, NDA government has accepted 23, which include bringing residential projects under the regulator, including terraces and verandas in the carpet area and builders' responsibility to clear debris.
