Unitech signs Rs 1,100-cr leasing deal with Aricent, Fidelity

Unitech has leased about one million sq ft office space in its under-construction SEZ at Gurgaon to Aricent and Fidelity in a deal that would give about Rs 1,100 crore rental income over 15 years.
